Cut the 3 1/8" holes in the panel, plus the notch for the altimeter. These turned out to be just a hair on the tight side, but it was easy enough to go around the perimeter with the dremel and bring them up to size. Only have these 2 instruments now, so I'll size up the others when I get them. Just passed 1000 hours logged on the project.
