No photos of windshield. Got the windshield bow drilled and temporarily bolted into place. Got the lower and upper center holes through the sheet product (polycarbonate) for the windshield drilled, then wrapped the windshield down. It was about 1 1/4 inches short on each side. Then I remembered - this was the windshield I had left from #0042 - as such it was the "shorter" windshield which gives some Sonex the "dolphin nose" shape where there is an angle change between the canopy and windshield. The blank must have been cut from that pattern - almost 8 years ago. I'm sure the current windshields are no longer short, but I'll look for a local source for another piece of polycarbonate before paying shipping. Selected builder of the week on the Kitlog website.
