Got the bushing stock to fit into the oilite bushings. Did this by putting a strip of emery cloth on a drill bit in the electric drill (to run at low speed) and gradually wore the oilite bushing opening larger. The bushing stock measured .004" larger than the bushing in the free state, but this becomes even more tight after the bushing gets pressed into the aluminum. So checking the size of the two items in the free state doesn't get the job done.
