Spent about 1/2 hour cutting the hole for the Van's air vent in the side panel. Spent the rest of the time laying out and cutting the SST parts for the firewall. Drilled a few of these. Found that by dipping the drill bit in WD40 before each hole, the WD40 would take up a lot of the heat. This gave pilot holes that had almost no burr. Laid out the hole pattern on the main part of the firewall but did not drill this.
