Brief Description:  Turtledeck install

Spent about 1.5 hours to debur the two turtledeck skins and the center support channel, clean the markings and polish overrun off, cleco it back together and rivet it. Spent about 2 hours getting the skin onto the aft fuselage box. Did this by placing the box on the floor on its right side. Slid the left side of the t-d skin into position and drilled every 3rd hole. Then rotated the box upright and slid the right side of the skin into place. The installation of the 2nd (right) side puts a lot of tension on the skin, so I drilled every other hole. Installed the #5 former. Put 1/4" (hardware store) bolts into the tooling holes to adjust the former forward and aft. I had intentionally cut the bottom part long, so I marked this to match the angle on the shear web, cut it off, laid out and drilled the holes. I can't figure how to drill that aft clip with everything installed. Still need to work that. Spent remaining time (about 1.5 hours) drilling the #1 formers into place along the t-d skin.
