Brief Description:  Aft Fuselage

Longer work period today because Carol had a meeting after work. So I went in early, left early, and got a good amount of time on it. Took about 2.5 hours of today's work to complete the deburring. The remaining 1.5 hours was reassembly. Ended up with the two sides on one side of the table, the bottom skin on the saw horses, and all the cross beams and brackets on the table. Assembled the two side panels to each other on the floor with a couple of the cross beams, then lifted that onto the table. Propped that up, slid the bottom skin in from below, and clecoed the bottom skin up from below. Hint: Rivet the aft horizontal shear web (with the flanged 4" access hole) to the aft vertical shear web (with the racetrack elevator pushrod hole) with both of these loose on the table. Also rivet the lower forward tailwheel mount attach angle to this assembly. That way, the potentially impossible to reach rivets are already done before they are put into the box at the back of the fuselage. Rivet the two aft support angles to the upper forwards box beam prior to installing the box beam. This avoids another difficult rivet access situation.

I ended up removing this forward angle. See next photo.

These rivets are impossible with that angle in place. Remove it, and they're a lot easier.
