Brief Description:  Aft Fuselage

Continued drilling F22-06 angle to the shear web. Found that a clamp slipped on the right end of the part, and it was STILL too loose to the shear web (want a good TIGHT fit because this is the forward mount for the horizontal stabilizer). Remade F22-06 for the 3rd time. Good thing I had the 4 10" cutoffs from the longerons (longeron stock = 120", longerons are only about 110"). Tweaked the measurement on F22-06 to make it about 3/32" longer than print to give a little more meat where it butts up against the upper longeron. Clamped it in place WITHOUT the shear web, so I could get the clamps between the angle and the longerons nice and tight. Used .032" spacers, and drilled the holes through the aft verticals into the angle from aft to front using the 12" drill bit. Then realized the shear web is ONLY .025" thick. Figured out a way to fix this though - clamp it in place with .025" spacers when drilling to final size. This pulled it up the .007" difference and now it's right on. Spent the last 1/2 hour of this work period final size drilling holes. Started along the top (seat belt attach webs, upper aft shear web, tops of the forward box beam, etc.)
