The second photo shows an error on my part - get the shear web in FIRST. I clamped in this angle part and drilled it to the verticals. I will have to fix this (probably remake the angle and drill it to the holes in the verticals).
Clamping using spring clamps and spacer blocks.
More spring clamps. DON'T drill that upper angle. Get the shear web in FIRST.
Box beam - only trim where the splice plate fits in.
