Brief Description:  Aft fuselage

Spent about 1/2 hour squaring up the assembly. Spent about 1 1/2 hours drilling some of the upper cross beams. Marked hole locations for the upper cross beams on the upper longerons (no pilot holes here, have to mark it & drill). Drilled the seat belt attach webs to the longerons. Discovered that F22-06 angle should go in AFTER the F22-02 shear web. I had already pilot drilled it into place, which means it's .032" too high in the assembly (no room for the shear web). Took about 1 hour to work on T12 parts (see other entry). Spent about 2 hours continuing drilling. Drilled lower cross beams into place (except for the aft 2 bays where the tail attach parts go). Got the lower 3/16" "T" splice plates drilled in place including the .090 spacers by drilling the spacers to the splice plates outside of the assembly. Once I put these back into the assembly, I found I could not get a drill into the 3 hole locations where the .090 plate is. So I pulled the splice plate back out, clecoed it to the OUTSIDE of the aft fuselage (under the bottom skin) and drilled up through the bottom skin and cross beam. I then reassembled the splice plate and .090 spacer inside the cross beam and lower skin where they belong. Worked out perfectly.
