Discovered I made the aft angle part on the triangular upper shear web backwards. The angle doesn't extend from the aft end of the web (the obvious-appearing configuration), but it is turned around so the angle extends 1" from the aft end of the part. Looked around for a piece of 2x2x.125 to remake the part. Found some 2x2x.188, and thought about how that would effect the fit. This would cause the aft horizontal stabilizer attach bolt nuts to ride into the radius of the inside of the angle (I guess), so remaking the part from .188 isn't a good option.
This part is made backwards. Can't be turned around.
