Spent about 2 1/2 hours finishing the drilling to 3/32 of the verticals to the side panel. This time includes remaking the .188 forward joiner pieces. The flat one had the holes in the wrong place, and the bent one (for the bottom of the side panel) had the bend in the wrong place. After making the bottom one over, I got the bend better, but not exact. The purpose of the bend location is to allow the side bolts to clear the bottom bolts inside the angle, and it will work for that. Spent the second 2 1/2 hours drilling the side panel to final size, disassemble, debur, reassemble, and rivet.
Both side panels mocked up to start putting some air in the airplane.
