Disassembled panel. Wiped edges to clear the last of the polish. Deburred everything to be riveted. Countersunk the rudder strike plate using microstop countersink. Drilled access panel cover (5" dia. round cover) for its screws (oddball size hole, 5/64"). Reassembled all. Riveted per print except did not rivet #5 vertical because I have not yet made and installed the fairlead block of phenolic. It would be difficult to install if the vertical was riveted in place.
