Drilled verticals to 3/32. Fit and aligned forward 3/16" stock plates to the upper and lower longerons. This took a good bit of work on the belt sander to modify the chamfers until everything fit ok. Appears to have worked out well so far. Tricky to figure out which plates were right hand and left hand, even after making one of them twice. (Chamfer on the wrong side, etc.) Drilled the required holes in the side panel for rivets. Drilled the one forward 3/16" plate to 3/16" hole dia. for the bolts.
