Completed making the small end finishing cuts and drilling the few holes (in the shortest aft part only). Used the "score it with a utility knife and snap off with a Morry stick" method to cut down the channel to width. This works pretty well, if the scoring is deep enough. When it's not, the flange gets distorted. Also "reformed" the angle for the longest most forward cross piece. Tried the Morry stick here - no good. Tried the 40" wooden brake - not enough force and not enough setback angle on the retaining bar. Tried hammering the part while it was mounted in the brake - just bounced off the retaining bar without permanent deformation. Finally just used the hand seamer and reformed the angle in seamer-width increments in about 5 minutes.
