Brief Description:  Shear web

Laid out and cut out the F22-03 shear web. First laid it out on the scrap of .025 that remained from between the lower aft wing skin and the vertical tail skin. Looked like a lot of material - enough to get the aft turtledeck former, if only I could move the F22-03 down. So I used a piece of tracing paper, traced the outline and centerline of the part. I rotated the outline so the centerline was not parallel to the straight edge of the sheet, but put the side of the part along the straight edge of the sheet (saves recutting the side of the part as well). This slid down the material far enough to easily leave enough material for the aft t-deck former. This is the last part that needs flanging with the flange die, so I can remove the dies from the work table - the last 3 sheets of .025 arrived yesterday and I can start laying these out once the flange dies are clear.
