1 hour - finished cutting the lightening holes and (longeron clearance) slots in the 2-hole t-deck former, and hammer-formed the flanges on these formers. 1 hour - formed 1 of the large forward (.032) turtledeck formers. Not happy with the hammer marks on the 1.5" wide flange. This is visible while seated in the plane, and while getting in and out. Compared to the kit-builts, it looks rough. So I will think about a brake of some sort to make the straight bends.
