Measure and cut hinge for cowling attachment and seat attachment. Cut using cut off wheel in dremel tool - made a deep score line at the cut location, then bent back & forth to break the hinge. Then finished to clean end with file. Tried one on the bandsaw, but the bandsaw is too rough on material this light. File clean up is slow, but they look really nice.
