Brief Description:  LH fwd fuse side

Drilled details to LH forward fuselage side to 3/32. Disassembled to clear chips and clecoed back together for drilling to 1/8. The lower motor mount got significantly displaced by chips between the parts. Not a problem - those holes get enlarged to 3/16 so there is plenty of material to get them lined up. Bent the top flange for where the windshield attaches. Was told that this is quite difficult when the fuselage is assembled. Pretty easy to do with just the upper angle clecoed to the fuselage side. Clamped that so the flange hung over the table edge and gradually pushed the shape into the part with a small hardwood block (no hammering, just lean on it). Bend angle varies from the aft end of the windshield to the front - tried to get these angles from the views of the windshield installation. Hopefully the screws for the windshield will pull it the rest of the way. Need to go back and do this to the RH side panel.
