Continued riveting LH main spar. Went to the Sonex bucking bar and big bolt method for the flush rivets in the spar root. Tried a flush set on the rivet gun on the sample part and found that I can't control a flush set and bucking bar at the same time. Might be possible with two hands on the gun, but the hammer the big bolt method proved to be quite stable on the flush rivets. Interesting that I couldn't get good results on the protruding head rivets with the bolt. I guess the two methods work together to get the job done.
