Brief Description:  RH main spar

Spent about 1/2 hour finishing off the zinc chromate, what little I am applying. Took a break. Reassembled the spar. Spent the remaining time (a little over 2 hours) riveting. Got the outer half of the spar riveted. True, most of the rivets are in the root, and the outer portion is the easiest to access, with overhanging extrusion only on one side, but I figured if things get messed up, the outer end is the most lightly loaded, so if I have to redo a few rivets here, no big deal. (Shouldn't be a big deal anywhere, but I've yet to succeed in drilling out one of these driven rivets.) After about 100 rivets driven, I can live with them all. Riveting with a gun and bucking bar is THE way to get this stuff done, if at all possible. (And it should be possible for all of us because we all have air compressors, and for $200 or so you can get the gun, some rivet drivers, and a bucking bar.)
