Took about an hour to get the two spars overlapping correctly. I had the two main mount pin holes right on, and the three spar-to-spar bolt holes were within 1/32 (the center one was right on), I just had to get them back to this alignment to enlarge the spar-to-spar holes. With the bolts in place for the lower inboard 3/16" angle, there was some interference, so I had to grind a little of the spar lower edge on one spar to get them to fit perfectly together. Then had to clamp the spars in this alignment. Then moved the spars to the table, and they fit in the garage long-ways by about an inch. (need this to put the car inside) Need to think for a few days how to best get all these holes reamed out to 1/4". Also no 1/4" bolts are in the hardware kits for the spar-to-spar holes. Since these are just for alignment, no fasteners are called for, but I will bolt them together for drilling the wing to fuselage. Also spent about an hour fitting channels to the #9 RH rib.
