About 1 hour to finish the drilling of the LH main spar. Disassembled, spent about 1 hour deburring. Got through all the angle stock parts, the .125 doubler and the .090 doubler. Still have the .032 doubler, the main web, and the two spar caps to go.
From 8/12 - L to R - microstop countersink, avery rivet set, flush rivet set, 5/32 rivet set.
From 8/12 - c-sink cutter on drill press to make c-sinks on spar extrusion.
