Brief Description:  Cooling tin, prop clocking

Finished drilling the 2nd side of the hinge plus the short hinge on the back side. Deburred and dimpled all, riveted back together. Remade the forwards piece of silicone seal - needed to do that anyway as the bottom 2-3" or so were open to let the air go past the tin instead of inside it. Took it out to the airport and put it on the engine. The aft side hinge isn't all that easy to get together, but much easier than fishing the plug wires through the grommet. Clocked the prop - I had not put the #1 blade (they are stamped under the spinner) at 10-o'clock (forwards looking aft) with the #1 cylinder at TDC. But since I had the plugs out, I used a piece of hinge pin to feel the #1 cylinder through the plug hole to tell when the cylinder was at TDC. I then removed the prop and switched it to the right position. I didn't torque it yet. I want to add a 2nd washer under each nut. Drilled the wire clamps off the LH cooling tin and brought that home.
