Up-drilled one side of the hinge line, deburred the holes, dimpled for c-sunk rivets. Part of this is because I don't know exactly how the tin will fit up against the head, but also because I have many more c-sunk head rivets. But I'll say it's to keep the airflow smooth inside the flow path.
