Brief Description: Remove oil cooler

Removed the oil cooler. Set it over a collection pan to drain. Noted soot on the left side of the oil cooler baffle - means engine is running rich. Not sure if that's just on the ground or in flight as well.

Soot on baffle. AC fwd is up in this view.
