Brief Description:  Hose, cooling mods

Replaced the 2nd oil hose that I made with the pro-made one. Now if it leaks, I know it's the fitting in the oil filter spacer, and I'll rework that for the 4th time. Reworked the cylinder head cooling per things I learned at Copperstate yesterday. Added mid-cylinder air guides over the top of the middle cylinder on each side. Just a little 1/2" high x 3 1/4" wide flange bent at about 45 degrees to the flow to break the air off the top of the baffle and drive it down between the cylinders. 2nd mod was to add a "ramp" shape in front of the inboard right side baffle. The problem is, the prop is forcing air down at that point, and it has to make an instantaneous u-turn and go UP over the cylinder. So instead of a horizontal mount plate and a vertical baffle plate, use that little distance (about 1 1/2" at the inboard end, about 1/2" at 3" out from the inboard end) and make as sloped of a ramp as possible. Since the front 1/2" or so of the horizontal baffle plate rides up under the cowling opening, I used that as the mounting flange for the ramp. No flight today, wind was up and the 2nd plane has joined the hangar, making things (temporarily) very hard to move. Will get dollies for the 2 planes and load them sideways into the hangar so they can go in/out independently.
