Got the RH panel out of the way, was able to pull the sight tube off the fittings after cutting off the tie wraps. Got the switch panel loose enough to put up on the glare shield. Got the left panel all loose. Got the cross beam along the bottom of the panel undone. Took the sticks loose. Pulled off the bolt on the aft tank strap. Tank wouldn't budge. Remembered the drip catch pan in the fill area. Removed that, tank still won't budge. Need to finish taking the forwards strap loose.
