Adjusted the clamps on the starter + lead to move the slack around so it isn't touching anything but the clamps. Drilled for the forest of tabs for airframe ground just below the battery. Others have reported if it's too low, a passenger's foot can get on it. But above the battery there was not enough room between the tabs and the fuel tank, so it has to be below. I figured I can make a cover if needed. Also I could tighten the fasteners for this by reaching through the flap pushrod hole - no need to climb under the glare shield for this one.
