Byron helped with taking the wings to the airport. It's only about 7 miles of back roads, so the wings did just fine on their storage rack in the back of the truck. I had envisioned taking one at a time, making 3 trips to get the 2 wings and the rack, but there were no problems. If taking this on a long highway trip though, I would reinforce the wooden rack some more, particularly the small pieces of wood which support the bottom of the straps the wing hangs on. Just add more screws, or glue and screw the support gussets instead of just screws.
