Brief Description: Oil cooler baffle

Reworked the oil cooler baffle to put the quick drain inside the air flow path. This seems to be much simpler to make fit. By the time it was done, it was a 6-piece assembly. So many clecoes holding it together, it can't be tried in place for fit.

This will fit better.
