Deburred and riveted the hinges on the LH cowling. This one went faster because the RH cowl had a lot of built-up areas along the seam that needed to be sanded down. Still need to fasten in the fuel door, do the oil door fastener, and the below-prop fastener, but that stuff seems easy compared to what it took to get to this point. Plus the LH bottom hinge is no longer meeting up right. It worked ok when clecoed in, but now it's too low. So the hole positions are correct fore-aft and left-right, but I need to add more spacers between the cowl and the hinge to allow the hinge to sit higher. It's a real puzzle to get all that stuff to meet up right. Particularly that bottom center joint where 3 hinges come together.
