Made a shim to position the LH rudder pedal at the right height off the firewall. Taped the rudder to full left, then pulled the cable up the adjuster and marked where it should hit. Disassembled the adjuster from the pedal (don't know why I wasted cotter keys on that). Drilled the hole then trimmed the end of the adjuster. Put that side back together. Untaped the rudder and put the gust lock in to center it. Pulled the pedals even, and marked the right side adjuster. Tried to take the right adjuster off, but the bolt inserted from the outboard side did not have enough room (runs into the fuselage side). So I took the pedal block loose. Glad I don't have any panel structure in the way yet, because I was leaning right through where the panel goes. Got the RH pedal mount block loose, and the pedal still wouldn't move enough. So I took the left one loose, and there was enough room to get the adjuster off. End for the day.
