Fabricated the rudder pedal springs from the spring stock. Used the trick of putting the spring over a screwdriver shaft and pulled it straight out to get the straight length required on the end. Removed the rudder pedals to run a drill through the cable attach points on each side - the tube used there is a little small for the bolt. Also took the opportunity to remove the pedal mount blocks and see where there were rub marks to clearance those a little more. Also sanded the powder coat on the pedals where they ride in the blocks. Put it all back together with the springs in place.
