Remade the undersize tip ribs again with an extra flute. Plans show 2 flutes, added a third at what ends up to be the forward spar tab location. This is just aft of where the taper starts, but it's enough to really smooth out the extra metal resulting from forming the curved flange. Drilled one of the tip ribs into place. Remade the RH root rib. The aft end of this the holes to the spar bracket got ovalized, so I made a doubler plate, but after doing this the holes in the skin didn't line up between the rib and the aft flange. I thought about drilling the spar aft flange holes a little over, but for the work this would be and the worry about the rivets fitting a little loose, I just remade the root rib. I didn't have any of the .025 channel left, but used .032 instead. This is the same stuff that the forward and aft spar are made from - so the flange is a little too wide, but I'm more satisfied to have an all new part in there.
