Took about 2 1/4 hours to finish the drilling - this included lining up the fiberglass tips and drilling these. Took about 2 hours to debur everything. Took about 1 1/4 hours to rivet the frame for the h-stab. The two long ribs at the most inboard portion of the stab needed a hand puller to access, and one of these shifted during drilling - out of the plane of the rest of it. So I clamped it back into the plane, redrilled, and made a doubler plate to go on the other side of the rib. Took about 20 minutes to clean the frame off, scuff with scotch brite and give a quick spray with the last of the zinc chromate. Took the rest of the time (just under an hour) to cleco the skins back on. I couldn't get the fiberglass tips to sit well with the metal ribs inside. I think I need to remake these smaller. They didn't slip into place nearly as easily as on the vertical stab.
