Brief Description:  H-stab details

Got a very early start today to beat the heat. Got mid-70's air into the garage by starting around 6am. Was able to work until late morning by switching from fan only to the evaporative cooler after it got to 80 degrees. Worked until the garage temp was up to about 94, and it was a bit over 100 outside. Took about 2 1/2 hours to cut and bend the h-stab ribs to size. Finished the T03 print - made the forward spar channel pieces. Last 2 hours, drilled and riveted the forward spar together per print. Rather than using the difficult-to-measure dimensions on the print, just brought the aft spar up behind the tips of the forward spar and adjusted until they were the same width. The aft spar turned out right on for width, and the forward spar has to be the same for the tip ribs to line up. Spent the last 15 minutes or so doing a quick clamp-up of the complete h-stab frame.
