Created the front seat and installed into fuselage with screws - a departure from the plans. I installed 10-32 T-Nuts into the structure of the seat, and installed bearing blocks where the seat sits. This will allow the front seat to be removed in order to access the schtuff underneath (controls).
Also found a pair of Hegar heel brakes from an old project that I'll use during the built. These also install under the front seat.
Original plans call for this seat to be permanently bonded to the aircraft structure, which is NOT ideal for maintenence!
