Clecoed the rear spar doubler and hinge brackets to the rear spar channel. Then I drilled the holes in the upper half of the lower hinge bracket. All vertical stab ribs were prepared by adding fluting where needed and polished all edges and lighting holes. After clecoing all vertical stab under structure parts together, I final drilled all rib-to-spar and doubler to spar channel attachment areas to #30 drill. The vertical stab skin was then Clecoed into position and final drilled to #40. All parts were disassembled and marked.
