Using the C-frame, I dimpled the skin of the vertical stabilizer. After the dimpling was complete, I removed the protective film from the inside of the skins and scuffed the interior surfaces with a Scotchbright pad. I wiped all surfaces down with mineral spirits and primed with Rust-Oleum self etching primer.
