Cut 6- tank "U" Channels to length, 4@160 mm & 2@100 mm (7V11-4K). Laid out rivet pattern on "U" channels, drilled & clecoed to spar and rib# 1. On rib # 2 I replaced the rivets for the "U" Channel with 7- nutplates (MS21078-8/32, full size), for their easy removal to remove fuel tank if needed. Laid out the rivet pattern on the "U" channels for the nutplates, drilled & dimpled. Drilled out screw holes in the "U" channels and rib #2 for the nutplates to 11/64" for screw clearance. All edge distances are good.
