Shaped all 8 "L"-channels that fit to Flaperon Arms & brakets. Re-drilled the holes to 3/16" in "L"-channels & Flaperon Arms that get attached to the Flaperon Brackets with AN3 bolts. Deburred, filed & rounded all cormers. Primed Flaperon Arms & all mating surfaced with Zinc Oxide.
