Removed drilled bottom skin. Deburred skin and bulkheads and dimpled all. Returned skin to fixture, clamped and clecoed in place and riveted to bulkheads. Slotted F8-F12 to acept flange when bottom skin wrapped to bulkeads. Set F11 and F12 using bottom skin for location.
