Brief Description: Fabricated bellcranks and revised aileron hinges
Measured, fit and drilled bellcrank supports to match existing holes. drilled supports and temporarily installed bellcrank as shown. Unsatisfied with the hinge dimensions on aileron, I fabricated new hinge blanks from 1" hinge material. Matched the blanks to existing 3/4" hinges riveted into the aileron. new hange is 1" on wing edge and 3/4" on aileron. Salvaged other 3/4" blanks for matching set of hinges for the left aileron.
