Brief Description: shaped, drilled and riveted rt. aileron
Cut aileron blank square and to correct size. Rt. aileron blank was purchased pre-shaped. Layed out blank on the workbench and checked fit up of ribs at each end. Clamped aileron blank to shape and marked excess overlap. Trimmed alieron blank square to the ribs and removed excess overlap. Drilled pilot holes, dimpled and riveted the aileron to shape. Layed out and drilled rivet holes. Fit aileron ends into place and trimmed aileron at rivet line. Drilled, Clecoed and then riveted the aileron including hinges.
