Brief Description: Measured and evaluated right aileron
Compared completed right aileron blank to wing to verify dimenisons and set up hinge pattern. Drilled and removed wing rivets at aileron location. Layed out hinge location on wing trailing edge and adjusted hinge location to get proper number of rivets in the hinge at wing edge. This required replacing the hinge on the aileron and drilling new hinge. Countersank hinge holes to accept flush rivets.
