Brief Description: 3 - More parts prep for fuel tank assembly
The manual calls for 3/2 x 12mm sealed rivets for the fuel drain flange, but non are included in the kit, and they even have an instruction page that says none are included in the kit but you should use them. I don't have any, but I do happen to have 3.2 x 8mm CS sealed rivets, so I countersunk the flange for these.
I also had to enlarge the holes for the M4 rivnuts on the fuel sender nut flange.
In addition I spent about an hour making sure all of the rivet holes lined up on the fuel tank ribs before I take them down and assemble with sealant.
