I started the assembly of the second seat back and noticed the channel 009 was not channel 009 at all. The rivet holes were of incorrect pitch and it was a tad bit short. Not wanting to wait for a replacement part I made due with what I had, clamped it in place and matched drilled the rivet holes with the skins on both side. I matched drilled the hinge as before on the first seat back and then clecod the assembly together.
