Once the chassis was on wheels and lower to the ground I began to see things from a different perspective. I panicked a bit when I first saw the motor mount from above and noticed it was not parallel to the firewall. I then soon realized that this is intentional to counteract the left turn tendancy from the propeller rotation.
I measured the mount distance to the firewall and calculated about a 2.9 degree angle to the right, and the mounts are offset to the left so that the spinner will be on the centerline of the aircraft.
