I started the firewall assembly today by installing the flange strips around the edges. Holes don't take into account the inner and outer bend radius, but they are punched smaller, so they will drill out just fine for a 5/32" rivet. I temporary installed the firewall to the cockpit to take a look at fit. Looks good!
