I used low strength loctite on the switch guard nuts. I also started using on the toggle switch nuts. I got a little bit of smear on the front of the panel and tried to clean it off with 70% isopropal alcohol, but it attacked the clear coat. A quick new coat of clear coat fixed the problem.
I also recieved new hardware and installed a few more instruments.
